About Us:
The desire to provide quality services to the Lakes Region Community has always been at the forefront of our organization. Over the years we have seen the health care system change dramatically with too many companies putting profits before people. Our expeiriences have lead us to a better understanding of what our communities need. These experiences lead to the inception of Generations Therapy and Care Provider Services.

Dwayne, a US Army disabled veteran,  has worked in Occupational Therapy in a number of different settings to include skilled nursing, acute hospital care, acute rehab, and school systems. His own experiences as a subject of OT and PT due to his injuries during his time of service has lead him to become an Occupational Therapist with the goal of assisting his community and fellow veterans gain access to local quality care.

Lori has served the community as an LNA in a variety of different settings to include skilled nursing, acute hospital care, clinical care and home health care.  Her experiences have lead her to a better understanding of community, family and compassion for those we serve.

Together, we have developed a well rounded outpatient clinical experience for members of our community which is founded on sound principals, morals and ethics. Our clinicians use up to date evidenced based approaches to insure our clients receive the best possible care with lasting outcomes.
Developing personal connections with those we serve has been the forfront of our organization since inception. Quality care starts with combining the right client with the right care provider or clinician. Without this connection, the therapeutic process can not fully develop. Providing consitency in a clients plan of care better serves the client as well as our staff. Through these approaches to practice, we are able to assist our clients reach their treatment goals and maintain their overall quality of life.
The "Aging in Place" movement directs our way of thinking and creating these relationships. We feel the best place for people to live out their days is at home. Surrounded with familiarity. Our goal is to provide services that enable the individual to remain at home for as long as possible while maintaining their level of dignity and independence.
